I’m glad this “school” lost their head start program. My son went here for almost a yr and we had so many issues with his teacher. I wouldn’t even call her a teacher. I would hear theses aids gossip about parents in the hallways. When I would walk my son or my niece in to their designated tables there was no good morning, no smiles. These teachers expected 3-4 yr olds to sit down, be still and be quiet. My son was always saying his teacher was mean and I believed him. Parents be involved! This staff doesn’t like when you start asking questions about your child or their day to day teaching. Always listen to your kids. Something isn’t right with this establishment.

They are some very nice people, It was my first time walking in there, and that place was very clean and it just looked clean.

I like the way it looks. I stopped by for information on how I can get my kids involved in something like this. She said there is a waiting list. I asked her if there was something similar to this. She told me to go look it up and find it. But in nice professional words if you want to call it that. So plainly I got a "No" no help.

these guys are some of the very best afterschool programs in town! Used several different daycares here in town, and this is by far one of the very best! Always took excellent care of my kids, resolved any issues quickly, and had an absolutely fantastic after school and summer programs! Highly recommended!!

The staff and faculty are some of the kindest and caring people I have ever met! They have a great relationship with the children and really care about making a difference in families lives. Their curriculum makes me squeal with glee and I really hope LISD would consider doing a similar curriculum if possible.

The only reason I couldn’t give a full 5 stars is because there is room for improvement on directions for pick up and being consistent with said directions otherwise it might be confusing for new guardians.

I have yet to be contacted when things happen pertaining to my son. I found out through my girlfriend when my son had an incident where he got hurt at daycare (they blamed the incident on his bad behavior). I also had to find out through my girlfriend, who is not my sons mother, that they were cutting my sons hours of care because they were unsure of my schedule. I’ve definitely seen worse daycares but as a single parent and more specifically a single father, I really need a place that is willing to communicate. I’m always the last to know about anything and I’m my sons only parent, my girlfriend is there for emergencies and help with pickups. Please, do better.

We didn’t get the turnout we needed. If anyone has a little extra cash please donate to Hospice of Lubbock! Next year will be indoors again and with REAL cornbread. I had a blast meeting everyone!
