This place is a joke, I’ve been trying to contact Theresa for 2 weeks now I’ve left 7+ Text Messages, Several Calls and Voicemails, as well as emailed her and called the front desk for them to leave a message for me. Still NOTHING. It’s always “she’s not in the office” or “she’s unavailable” not only that but no one can access all my documents I submitted to her. So please tell me WHAT IS GOING ON?

ITS A SCAM, THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THE RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. I got sent all around for 2 months just to find out I got denied because I make too much but don’t even make 2x rent. But if I was unemployed i wouldn’t qualify either so who really gets approved ? Seems like they don’t help anyone.

This place is a blessing!!! All employees are great super helpful. Very nice they will help you in every single way they can is a wonderful place Im surprise their is no picture of all the great things they do for the community! I really think the community is getting better with people as hard workers like them. I do have to say some of the great people that I have since them how great they are Mayra, Miriam, Miguel and Marcos but they do have other great workers that are great to I do not know their name but Thank you guys for caring for the community not just go and work we need more people like them here in West Sacramento😊😊😊😊
