Collin and Brecken are amazing. Even though we came in right at closing, they got myself, my toddler, and my father fitted and in full ski sets in no time at all, without feeling rushed! Super friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable on all of our rental needs and made the process fun. They went above and beyond on some special needs and even remembered our names when coming back in to return. Our family will not go anywhere else for our rental needs. Thanks guys!

Walked in looking for helmet and coat, 3 workers in there, no other customers… didn’t find anything I wanted and zero acknowledgment of my existence by the staff (chatting by register) 🤷‍♂️ also no snowboard brand outerwear. Only ski brand boards (K2, Salomon)… no thanks, happy to take my business to a real snowboard shop

I recently rented equipment from Ski Broker, and while my initial gear didn’t work out—my snowboard was too long and the boots caused discomfort—they handled the situation exceptionally well. After just one run on the mountain, I realized the equipment wasn’t right, so I went to the nearest rental shop to get new gear. Later that day, I called Ski Broker to explain what happened, and without hesitation or any defensiveness, they insisted I come in for a full refund.
