Took my toddler and nephews utilizing the day pass. In my opinion this was an amazing inexpensive play date!!! I think it would've been a 5 star rating for me had the floor been squeeged a little more. There was wet hair and random wet material globs where peoples bare feet walk. Every where else in the facility was really clean. Lazy river was amazing. Kids area was perfect

I appreciate having the facility in our community. The complaints I see on the reviews are from people with unrealistic expectations of what a facility that provides for everyone can do. For example, I use the lap pool and get frustrated with how crowded it often is, but why would I grade the facility down for being popular?

Clean facility with a larger variety of activities for all ages (ex. Fitness center, swimming pool, game room, etc.,).

This is a beautiful pool. Very bright and clean with lots of fun features for kids. Unfortunatly the water temperature is way too cold and we had to leave after 45 minutes due to our baby's lips turning blue. In the meantime the spa is too hot to be enjoyable. It needs to be rebalanced, at least one or two days a week so families with babies and toddlers can actually get their money worth's.

Beautiful and clean facility. I am not from Worthington and the front desk staff was so helpful in getting me a (VERY reasonably priced) day pass. The pool is gorgeous, locker rooms spacious and clean, and the hot tub is a huge bonus. I will definitely be back!

Nice facility, staff needs training on the equipment tho, 4 staff members couldnt explain how to use features of certain treadmills.

The pool is very nice, being indoor makes it much more usable living in Columbus that even in the summer some days are too cool for outdoor pools. However, do not recommend if you have large age gaps between your kids. I went with my 5 yo and my 1 yo. One wanted to walk around/be held/not be in water, etc, while the other one wanted to be in the pool. Per the manager who was walking around the pool supervising we were told that was not allowed so my 5 year old had to come out of the pool and we had to leave given my younger one was done being inside the pool. I am also pregnant, I think they didn’t like I was responsible for both my girls and being pregnant. It’s unfortunate bc we are Worthington residents and this is the community center we can be part of, it’s also about 3 min from my house. It an overall very sad experience for be being a stay at home mom, my girls can’t go unless we make the trip both my husband and I. 🫤

Such a nice indoor pool BUT the lifeguards are so incredibly strict. Your child will get yelled at if they even do 1 minor thing. It’s not exactly and fun relaxing time. Especially an older woman with a short haircut.
