I'm actually hesitant to share a review because this place is such a hidden gem that part of me wants to keep it all to myself! In all seriousness, I couldn’t be more grateful for the care, convenience, and daily peace of mind Michelle and her team provide. The staff are professional, compassionate, and truly dedicated to creating a safe, engaging environment where my toddler loves spending time with friends and caregivers alike. The facilities are modern, spotless, and designed with safety in mind. Beyond that, I’ve found an amazing community of driven NYC parents here. Having worked in multiple coworking spaces, this is the first time I’ve experienced a genuine, unforced sense of community. No need for pressurized programming. It just naturally thrives.

I can’t overstate the impact Workplayce has had on my life. As a new father, my demanding, onsite General Manager career meant that childcare costs began to outweigh the benefits of full-time work. Choosing to step back and embrace a more hands-on role at home was rewarding, but after decades of a 9 to 5 routine, I found myself missing a connection with other adults.

With our child enrolled as the youngest in his pre-K class, I needed a nearby space where I could work my freelance job and take Zoom interviews, especially since potty training was still a work in progress. Then, Workplayce entered the picture, and truly, it has been an answer to my prayers.

Living in NYC as a parent can be extremely challenging, logistically and socially. Workplayce provides convenience, community, and it’s a top notch, affordable space.

Honestly feels like being part of some Swedish subsidized program and I couldn’t be more grateful.

We are so happy with our decision to become members at Workplayce. The teachers are absolutely wonderful - very kind and genuinely care about the kids. I am a working mom and their flexibility has been a game changer for me. We are very happy. The facility is beautiful and immediately drew our kids in. The children’s restrooms are next level and help further bathroom confidence. Highly recommend this unique place!

Workplayce is the place for the whole family. Parents can have a piece of mind knowing that the kids are playing next door while they work. I cannot imagine a better place where my son would learn it’s ok to spend time without his parents and have so much fun along the way. The teachers are patient, kind, playful and have a wonderful attitude towards the children.

My daughter goes to daycare from 9-12, five days a week here, while I pay for the co-working space. (They offer a variety of flexible schedules.) Not only are the rates ridiculously reasonable, the teachers are SO kind, nurturing and supportive of my parental style. I feel so fortunate to have found Workplayce!! We are so happy there!

We adore WorkPlayce and continue to sing its praises. It’s a wonderful collaboration between professional life meets family needs. My husband brings our 1.5yo twice a week. She attends the daycare whilst he works in the quiet, business area. We’ve never used a daycare before so we approached the situation with trepidation - we needn’t have worried! She adores attending and has made wonderful progress in terms of her speech and sharing with others. In all of the daycares I have toured, I have never met a team more caring and attentive than the women at WorkPlayce. They connect with the children so lovingly and rather than me having to worry about my daughter, I actually learn a lot from their teaching methods. We owe WorkPlayce a great deal of thanks for the opportunity it’s given us in providing a steady and intentional approach to our daughter’s independence.
