Fantastic organization with a genuine care for the real needs of people (of all backgrounds) seeking honest jobs. They focus more than just on finding a job - they also seek to enrich individuals more holistically. They are clear and honest about their approach to job hunting and are a non-profit, Christian organization. Their services are offered with the expectation that the individual will be true to themselves as well as respect the people who are there to help through punctuality, communication, and honesty.

If you are looking for an encouraging group of people (or to join them in helping people in their job-hunt journey) check them out. They do intro sessions that take 20-30 minutes to see if their services are a good fit for prospective attendees.

This place is trying to bring God back into the work place, which is what we need. And faith in general. It helped me with the boot camp training, on how to market yourself and stand out to the employer. One great point the teacher said, was to picture yourself as a product on the store shelf, and make yourself stand out above the rest with your skills, and the mock interviews were very helpful as well. I further the guys names that taught us in bootcamp, but it was about 5 years ago. On dacoma.

Very positive approach to job Seekers. Appreciated their kind professionalism and their instructions. I could not use them as they were way too far away for me to attend classes and gas was an issue. But I was impressed and I hope for their continuance to help other people.

I highly recommend the WorkFaith Connection. It is a Christ centered, 8 day job readiness training program that helps those who have been out of work to find their way. Not just find a job, but hope and purpose. If you know anyone out of work or looking to return to the workplace, this is the place. Family is what those who go through the program call this place, family.

A great resource to be able to perform your job search, that's less crowded than Workforce Solutions. They also offer other resources like their no-cost 10 day employment bootcamp.
