Been here a bit over 7 months and I absolutely love it here. The leasing office folks and maintenance team are top notch! Not only are they friendly and professional, but timely, informative, and helpful. The folks in my building are also super friendly and actually chatty with each other which is super cool! Parking is never an issue and the location is super convenient to the interstate, shopping, and all the amenities I need as Murfreesboro resident. I definitely plan to stay here greater than my original lease period and highly recommend to all seeking a safe community to reside.

Our family is relocating to this area and is in need of a place to rent. We had a great experience visiting the Woodagte Farms apartment complex.
Diana, the leasing officer, was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She took tremendous attention, care and time responding to all our questions and inquiries. That's a lot especially when you look for a place for your family, first thing you want to see in people that they care about you.

Diana has been amazing from when I first started looking at the complex. She’s professional, prompt, and seemed happy to answer any and all questions I had.

Since moving in both maintenance and the office staff, Diana in particular, have been extremely prompt with any issues and available to help with anything I need.

I previously lived at another Gross Residential Properties location prior to moving here and am so please to say the high quality and friendly staff appear to be the standard for them. I would recommend living here to anyone I know.

I am moving from FL to TN this January and the staff at Woodgate Farms has far surpassed my expectations. The staff answers promptly and handles all of your questions with compassion. I have not even been to the office yet and it has already been such an easy transition. Compared to out here in FL I can’t even believe how much more simple and nice it was to work with these group of women. I can’t remember all their names, but I do remember Gabriella and she’s so pleasant! They have been so helpful and friendly and I am very excited and most importantly I am more comfortable making my move alone!

I’m starting my 9th year here at Woodgate Farms. I’m sure that I along with 12 other have the best of the best here in Murfreesboro. I love my green space and my view of a small pod with a fountain.
I plan to stay as long as possible.
With that said I’ve had a great rapport With all the staff. And at times, yes I’ve been that Karen but they’ve always been very understanding and this year. I just signed my new lease and got negotiated regular upkeep on the apartment. Yes, I will enjoy the rest of my time with new carpet new paint and new blinds.

We have lived here at Woodgate Farms for six years and we love it. Everyone in the office and on the maintenance staff is fantastic.

We recently had an issue with our dishwasher, and Phil came to look at it on a Saturday. He gave us some instructions over the weekend and to call them on Monday if nothing changed. When it was still acting up; he came to look at it again and wound up replacing it. Throughout the entire process, Phil was friendly, courteous, and mindful of our space. He was efficient in switching out the dishwashers and got the job done quickly.

Phil was our first point of contact with the maintenance team when we moved in, and we are so glad he’s still here with us. He is an asset to the maintenance team and we hope he stays for years to come.
