It offered absolutely no structured 12 step work.DBT nor CBT we're offered. There was a therapy session offered once a week which was useful. Otherwise it was basically a sort of slaves based program. We did neverending chores and I found it completely unuseful in regards of sobriety.

It's hard being in recovery especially if you have kids but the women in wra are fighters and they are on the road to a better life I understand fully what it's like to not be able to be a part of the world and only get to look at what's going on as you better yourself I've been in those shoes to and you just have to tell yourself that when you get back out there it was well worth it to take some time for yourself to get life right again
