The dentist is awesome, I am so glad I came here. The staff is super friendly and Candice is great! I am actually not scared of going to the dentist now! I've already recommended them to all my family!

Hoffman really cares about his patients. I actually feel heard when I go into an appointment. A lot of times when you go to a dr with any medical experience they try to prove you wrong but its great to be taken seriously. Highly recommend asking for him personally. He's great and super knowledgable.

*** Worst service ever ***

Spent 2 hours there to have them forget me. I had to walk around the entire office to ask the only person there if they forgot me They don't honor their own referrals, they can't prescribe medications, they don't return calls unless you contact the main office in Atascosa and don't listen to customer requests. Even supervisors won't call back and just kiss you off to some grunt. Be sure to see the specific person designated as your PCP. If you don't they won't honor their own referrals. They argue with you on the phone and give you the run around to not answer your question.

I will refer everyone away from this place.

Don’t be later than 15 minutes on Wednesday or else the dentist won’t see you for a cleaning because of church or something. I showed up 3 minutes after the 15 minute deadline and would’ve had to wait till October 14 or so when it’s the end of august over a month to wait over three minutes.

Absolute disrepect of patients and care givers. They will blackball patients they do not like. This place gets FEDERAL FUNDS to treat the uninsured. Will be reporting you to the goverment

Would NOT recommend Dr Gonzales. I immediately felt dismissed, judged by my job, that I didn’t have insurance, and honestly a little discriminated against. Very condescending.

The dentist office located in the wchc is perfect, great hard working staff friendly and I have been dealing with them for over a a year and I could not be happier with any other dental office. The staff makes it comfortable and great.

Was really a great experience I was a hot mess and scared Claudia talked me through it and kept me calm reassuring me things would be ok along with ..Dr.Mijares was very patient with me he was calm doing his job I’m so happy they helped me with my severe pain the whole staff was great thanks
