William Penn Foundation credibility is very questionable partnering with a group like the Pa council of Churches in Harrisburg. I've witnessed it first hand, the woman there their bias against the black community is actually sickening. The one, they call a reverend Strauss is very racist towards black men. A real wack feminist who wants to push the lgbtq agenda on all peoples and especially men of color in the Muslim community. Why the foundation would ever support such a wicked racist group is beyond me.

One of the best organizations in the world and we are lucky to have them in Philadelphia A big picture, focused non profit making this great city and it's surrounding areas better in the fields of education, the environment, parks, and the less fortunate. Family run by an exceptional family with over 100 years of philanthropic history in Philly. I would give a 10 star rating if possible.
