This is a hidden gem of a thrift store in East Dallas. I go here weekly and the staff has to be the friendliest people I know. The store is always quiet, clean, and very welcoming. New items are added daily if not throughout the day! They have the best selection of dinnerware, glassware, and vases. Hands down! The furniture is always stunning and reasonably priced too. Get here early because it goes fast! The best part is the money goes straight to a good cause to feed and support the community with a food pantry, clothes closet, financial aid and more. Donate here. Shop here. It truly makes a difference!

I love visiting this thrift store and supporting their cause. They always have a wonderful selection of items.

Clothing is usually a great price, however, homewares are a bit overpriced- I suspect a lot of Google images, eBay listings, etc. are used to price homewares.

About 1.5 weeks ago I stopped by (I am a frequent shopper as in I go multiple times a week) I grabbed a couple of items and 2 cameras that were in their box they were priced at 1.00 (both boxes had MULTIPLE 1.00 price tags all over the boxes) and Eileen was help another lady check out and Eileen said these cannot be 1.00 and took them to the back and said they have to get priced differently. She didn’t come back with the cameras and didn’t say anything I had to ask her if she was getting them priced or was she just not going to sell them to us? She said oh I can get them priced the male manager came back out and said they were 10.00 each. Which is fine I still bought both cameras but I think it’s very rude to just take something to add another price just because one of the workers is not happy with the price it originally has. At the end of the day they priced the items and it is supposed to be a thrift store not a consignment or resale shop.

I’ve also had issues were the manager Diane has physically snatched a pair shoes out of my hand and said they were not for sale when they were actually out on the racks. And if anyone wonders why you cannot find many items like before Diane arrived she is a reseller and takes the items from the store and resales them on Poshmark. I have personally seen her drop of packages at the post office and I found she Poshmark and found items from the store on her Poshmark.

Called and called to make an appointment and their open and they literally sit there and ignore calls, the main lady in charge she ignores calls to plus rude. I’m a single mom.Diane main lady at this organization is rude and picks and chooses who she wants to help plus Racist! And they all rude!

This was my favorite thrift places, to escape and look around at the great stuff. Until it wasn’t because of a female volunteer greeting my daughter and I with a terse “Ladies we don’t allow drinks in here!” on a busy Saturday morning. I’ve been there a thousand times with my drink in hand because there are no signs enforcing this rule. Spoke to the director that confirmed these are not their rules. Which tells me the volunteer was irked by our presence. For a ministry this does not set a good tone. Especially in a world where we need more kindness than negativity. Be careful how you behave you never know what anyone is going through. Character is everything.

I have applied for help with my utilities twice and never received a response. Which is crazy being that you have to send them a picture of your ID, social security card, etc. I’m assuming that they help who they want to, per the reviews.

Nice clean store with items well sorted and displayed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback is that prices are very high for a thrift store. If you're looking for bargains, this isn't the place.
