It’s not our favorite trail, but we made the most of it. It’s flat and paved which is nice, but it’s very high traffic. Parts of the trail cross high traffic roads which didn’t feel very safe. There’s a lot of bikers and not a lot of space on the trail so they’re constantly zipping around you

Beautiful cycling in one of the most beautiful regions of the continental United States in which to ride your bike. Fine hiking too. The trail is segmented so there are places to stop for rest or food. This is an agricultural area--many vineyards, orchards, fields, streams, farms, produce stands, and the Russian River! Interesting little shops in quaint little villages.

We get either coffee or ice cream in Forestville at least once evey weekend, then savor it as we take a walk the length of the trail. It's a mile to the end (two miles out and back), but connects to another trail if you want to go farther. Nicely shaded most of the way, very pleasant.

Special little trail that goes from Graton to Forestville. You can see horses in pastures, ponds, vineyards and lots of trees along the way. If you walk all the way to Forestville you end up at Twist Eatery where you can get lunch. My dog loves this trail as she loves most trails. If you go the opposite end you can take the trail from Graton to Occidental Road, and it's just as scenic. Some of these pics were captured on both ends of the trails. Have fun exploring.

A slice of nature near town. The trail runs between Highway 12 and Occidental Road with a loop around a man made pond and side trails bordering the Laguna. There is a seasonal (summer) bridge connecting the trail with the city park. Sections can be muddy or flooded after frequent rains.

Nice paved trail. There were a couple of small (very small) inclines in a few places but it's a nice trail. The trail has a couple of breaks where you need to cross a road to continue but they are well-marked.

Great place for an easy stroll no matter which end you start on. There are benches along the way for resting and watching the scenery, and the path is wide enough to allow foot traffic to flow freely. It's clean, people seem to respect the area. I haven't done the whole trail, but from what I saw it was easily handicap accessible.
