This place is the definition of incompetence. Booking an appointment is pointless, because they will reschedule you multiple times before actually being seen. Then when you finally arrive for your appointment, you’re made to wait an hour or more past your appointment time to be seen. I am currently pregnant, and they’re making me wait until I’m in my second trimester to be seen by a doctor for the FIRST time. Meaning, I will not be told if my child is actually okay until my second trimester. All of the staff has poor bedside manner and behave like they don’t want to be there. If you’re looking for high quality care for you and your family, I strongly recommend you avoid this place. They don’t care about their patients at all. They clearly just want to clock out. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Been coming here for my pregnancy and was surprised by how nice the facility was and great the service was. The wait always takes a while but I'm always pleased with the services. All my nurses and my doctor have been fantastic. They're all sweet and attentive. I really appreciate all Wesley has done for me so far.

Doctor and back MA are good, but the front desk is so rude and unprofessional. While we sat in the waiting room, we saw and heard how they made fun of patients. Also, the front desk talks to you or treats you like you are below them. Lancaster and palmdale front desk always have the same problem. Always yapping while you are standing there to get checked in, and they ignore you and leave you there until they feel like calling you forward.

Worst place my brother needs his jury duty summons signed they won't give him an appointment until next year is ridiculous that they won't help sooner. Please read 1/21/25 worst clinic ever waited 3 months for doctors appointment and they cancelled my appointment and couldn't find me in the system or that my medical was active or insurance waited this long for them to treat me bad I was in line keep calling other patients and not me the two nurses said other options will be for you to pay out of pocket for this cheap clinic wouldn't do it there attitude is horrible.

Prejudice, prejudice, prejudice. I’ve been saying for years that I’m taking my medical to a new establishment. Registration 1-4, sits at their desk and leave you standing for at least 5-15 mins, mind you no one’s at their desk. Such unprofessional behavior. Once at the check-in the employees talk with one another instead of giving you clear instruction regarding the process. This place has always been unprofessional. The doctor is no better, she’s without any type of bedside manners. She’s short patient with me. A real jerk to be a medical doctor, my opinion. She acts as if she showing me they’re not a pill mill. As if I wanted narcotics. I can go on and on. But, today I will be requesting my medical records and seek out another caring establishment.

Please, please, please AVOID this place if you are pregnant and want to have your baby ALIVE. They do not see you as a human being, they only focus on insurance, which makes them money. They ask stupid questions over and over, but they do not care about your concerns about important things like your "health." They tell you to call them if you need anything, but they will never answer you or care about you. Do not risk losing your baby by going to this place. This is coming from a mother whose heart is broken over her loss. Do your research and go everywhere else

I had an appt to get blood work done. Waited 2 hrs just to be told I have to come back in 2 days so they could actually do my bloodwork. They are unprofessional, they don’t communicate, they don’t care, nor do they listen to you. I missed a day of work for nothing. Don’t go here if you don’t have to.
