Visit was on 4-7-25 Where do I start? I go to the locker room and basically there’s nowhere to sit to help get my things in order. Just lockers. After I get ready, I walk around trying to figure out where to go to do treadmill s. No signs. I find the workout area and the machine i need is upstairs. No elevator. I have a handicap that makes it incredibly hard to walk stairs. They have one on the ground floor that is being used. Thats great but its in a dark corner facing the wall. Looks like its a time out corner. I fill my water bottle, the water is warm. The machine was nice. I liked the equipment. I struggle down the stairs after my workout to the hallway. Three teenage boys are yelling and running up and down the narrow halls. They threw a bag of doughnuts at each other nearly hitting me. Its like an unsupervised daycare. Speaking of i walked by child care, the room was dark and both girls on their phones. Yup would not trust leaving my toddler in there at all. Was glad to leave.

KEEP YOUR CHILD AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I signed my son up to participate in the YMCA’s youth basketball league. Unfortunately, the experience was horrible. At this particular location, nothing is organized. The first day of practice no one knew who was coaching the team and practice got rescheduled. At the first game, the coached never showed forcing someone else to step in who had no knowledge of the players. The receptionist at the front desk never knew what was going on at the facility and communicated incorrect information. Save your money and save your time. It’s not worth the headache. Update: All in all I have since seen improvement at this location. Still not perfect but they are making strides.

My son now attends the early learning child care. I'm blessed to say he has learned so much and continues to learn. The staff is great, they are always smiles and i can honestly say i never hear anyone yelling at any children. The communication is great between the staff and any parent. I always see and have experienced the teachers speaking to us and giving us updates on our child's day and improvements he had done. They also help with potty training, however you still have to stay on top of it at home. But they are great with helping out and not just pushing it aside like some schools or daycare. My son now wakes up and rushes us out the house just to go to school. Such a great feeling to have him want to go instead of not wanting to go and being scared. He loves his teacher he is always talking about her. Im extremely happy with making the choice to come here.

As far as the gym i love the fact they are closed on Sundays as it's a Christian based facility and always has been. The gym is clean, a little outdated on some of the equipment but it all works the same. I have never had a problem with this place. I love it.

Basketball academy on Thursdays is pretty bad, the gym it'self not not so bad, I have been bringing my boy for the past 2 months and I can honestly say he has improved, he is only 4 and the only boy in the academy, he gets to have more of a one on one, they can never find a coach one time they canceled on me when we arrived after they told me the coach was here, they should really have someone dedicated to this, when they do fins a coach the coach is either on his phone alot or just makes him shoot forever, my boy has gotten way better at his shooting and dribble but Def needs more, hope something changes, my kid really enjoys the time he spends here.

Location changed my membership without my permission. Went in November to change it back to the tier I originally had and they lost my paperwork for the change/never put it in. Have been trying to contact management for multiple months now to get this resolved but they’re never at the location or answer their phone/email.

When did the YMCA start being closed on Sundays? They charge $60 for a membership to be closed on Sundays? I’m disappointed! I’m not gone lie, I’m pissed! The group exercise classes are made for elderly people because they are very low impact. They also used to have a teen camp here during the summers that they no longer have. Why are yal closed on Sundays?!

I always feel welcome at the YMCA. I usually work out here in the morning but every once in a while I will go to play basketball. This facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and answers all of my questions.
