This is hands down the best credit Union EVER! We have purchased autos, done signature loans and second mortgages in the 45 years we have been members! Not to mention our checking accounts (free) and savings, debit and credit cards; we also have our safe deposit box here. This is a Credit Union you can trust that treats you like family! In teller services, ask for Kristy who gives the best service with a great big smile, and if you want that special treatment for your next loan, Jodie is absolutely wonderful! She was so busy yesterday that she didn’t get back to me so she called me from her car on the way home! Hometown service that always puts me first! Love these folks!

Love this credit union -- #1 reason is the personal service: their customer service is the best. I also appreciate that the same folks work there for years so relationships are formed between them and their customers. Christy, Member Services Manager, always goes above and beyond for us; Jean is always incredibly helpful; and so are Kaylee and Mike. 5 stars!!

I want to say how easy the process was with Alva to get our vehicle re-financed. She was excellent at communicating everything with us, answering all of our questions, and informing us of all options available to us. Hello, my name is Alice Richardson I am a member of Weld community credit union. me and my husband have been a member for the last four years. We came into some hard times and couldn’t pay our loan Katie Schmuck. Reached out to us and she did everything in her power to help us not lose our loan. She was a person that you felt comfortable talking to on what had happened and why we fell behind. she did not judge our situation. I got a loan for a new vehicle through WCCU and they handled everything to perfection! The dealership tried to do some shady stuff, and between Joell and Alva they had it all handled in short order. I've never had a poor experience with an employee here, and these two in particular are just lovely. They were so patient with me and so incredibly helpful. I won't bank anywhere else.

Weld Community Credit Union has a really nice facility in Greeley! I went in to open an account and there was literally no waiting! Account Services has beautiful offices, and Kaylee Williams did a great job getting everything taken care of for me quickly, efficiently and pleasantly!
