Tammy the supervisor of the water department is the most unprofessional rude person in that office. If your disabled and need any assistance, don’t talk to Tammy…All she’ll do is make discriminatory comments and treat you like your below her. Fire Tammy! No one in that office is very competent and few are polite. Retrain all the staff, it’s embarrassing to have to go to an office that treats the residence of Riverbank so horribly. My wife has left there crying and I witnessed multiple other residents of riverbank being talked to rudely and treated unfairly and left with no resolutions to issues every time I’m down there. If it’s McDonald’s, it’s simple we just don’t go back. When is the city and we have to go there what are we supposed to do or forced to deal with these people?

Everyone is very nice and helpful except a lady named Judy, Everytime i have to deal with her she is SUPER rude!!! She acts like she hates her job and working with the public if it weren't for her I'd give 5 stars but she makes me dread calling or going in to pay my bill
