Horrible experience several times. Had a passport photo taken and Walgreens advertises you get 2 prints and digital copy via email link to download. The digital copy was the full body shot that they crop to print. I call and they send another but it's still not the proper passport photo but the full body. Another lady has me come back in for a redo..so I get 2 more prints but no digital photo ever arrived. Another family member had the same experience and we called and now they say they have no control....it's corporate that controls it. Then why in my first experience were they able to resend and digital though it was still not right.?

A huge shout out to Jeff who helped me in photo Thursday, July 31st. He helped me copy some vintage family photos. It was the last day of my vacation and a last minute effort. He showed me options on the edits that I never attempted. The copies came out better than the originals. Thanks for the outstanding customer service Jeff. Appreciate you.

Main pharmacy manager is awesome. Doesn't get loud always answers questions and actually listens to why and what to help. Guy deserves recognition. All other pharmacists that fill in for him on his days off are either old and need to retire or they're just not smart and should be fired.

Pharmacy closed at 7 and to.my own fault I didn't look at the time because every Pharmacy I ever went to closed at 9 or 10pm. Again my mistake but cashier looked at me like I was stupid when I asked about it. Just weird looks and tone. Did not feel welcomed. I'll switch to CVS

This pharmacy is ALWAYS CLOSED! Even when it says open online. They go through pharmacists like water and I’ve never had a prescription filled same day without waiting for 6 hours.

Walgreens Windsor Locks Pharmacy to take Serious thoughts on how to do customer service. They never answer their phone and I mean never I was still on hold and went down there in person and nobody was in line and nobody was at the drive-thru. I've been waiting a week for prescription and this is not the first time their statement was their short staffed. I understand being short-staffed but taking a week to fill my prescription is unacceptable. I will be going elsewhere

This is the WORST pharmacy. They never have meds in stock, even tho they lie and tell you it will be ready. Then they hang up on you multiple times and then blame YOU. They would rather you die from withholding a med than to actually help anyone. The people in the pharmacy need to learn how to do their job and they need to act like a pharmacy. Do not go here if you actually need any meds.
