3 stars because they were great when it came to getting my soils test completed and report back in a reasonable time. But when we went back to have foundation and structure plans drawn up for us a few emails went back and forth about design and then we heard NOTHING back I called asking if it was being worked on told it probably was emails, after 6 weeks of waiting with no response at all. Was initially impressed but then got disappointed in the end.
