Christian was very rude, not supportive or understanding of what path I wanted to take, he was not knowledgeable of any of the resources I wanted to pursue. He was very annoying, unprofessional, threatening to close my case/exit me out of the program because I did not take the services he offered from VOA(which he did). I specifically told him from the beginning of when I had called, that I was going to look into/contact specific resources & programs that would require referrals from VOA/access points in LA county in order to get access. Overall was a terrible experience.

The best non profit organization that I had my child involved it. Till this day i have not found a flaw. The teachers are phenomenal and very understanding.

I stayed downtown my experience was not good.at the time I was there the leadership was poor there was no grievance procedures in place.the girl in charge should not have been placed in that position, no experience!!!. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANY VETERAN
