Terrible experience my mother passed away 10/7/24 she had funds left over Daryl Collins reach out and told me they were supposed to be paid out to next of kin (me) back in November. It is now January they do not respond when reaching out to them, I spoke with her nursing home multiple times who rewrote check of to VOI and mailed it to them. As of today I was notified that check has been cashed but I have not been able to get in touch with VOI. I will be reaching out to BB if this cannot be resolved asap.

The absolute worst experience that I've ever had with a payee. Daryl Collins tried to talk me into remaining homeless after trying to sell me an unregistered trailer that he has. He refused to tell me what my account balance was. He repeatedly told me that he wasn't in the office and wouldn't be there for another week. And then when I called him out on it he returned my money to social security. Avoid these people at all cost

Voices of Inspriration has been my payee for my Veterans service connected funds for 13 years. Miss Tyra and Pastor Collins has helped me during hard times, finding me a place to live when I was homeless for example.

I do not recommend allowing this agency to handle your funds or those of any disabled individual. I work with a veteran whose funds they took and never distributed, while at the SS office I met another individual whose daughters' funds were kept by them.

Voices of Insiration has an outstanding bbq on Friday's and Saturday's which is a fundraiser for their community services. I highly recommend their food, and you feel good because it goes towards a good cause!

They kept my funds and refused to respond to messages. I had to rely on veteran's emergency funds to survive. Zero accountability or customer service.
