Terrible experience. The counselor I had would not respond to emails, calls, missed appts and when we did have appts, there was little to no progress because it seemed she didnt know how to do her job. I transferred my case and hope for a better experience. My husband and other friends/family members have had a great experience with voc rehab so Im not sure why my experience was so terrible. If you are in Pinal county and get assigned here - be prepared for zero help and missed deadlines. If youre able to transfer to another office - do it.
