First, I want to say that this organization is a blessing to many people. Unfortunately, today I had a horrible experience with a person that works or volunteers at Viola. Shes an elderly woman with short orange hair (she did not want to give me her name). As she was giving the cart to a person, she dropped an item and the other person said something to her and she flat out very rude told her to pick it up. This other lady picked it up and gave it to her and she threw it on the cart very angry mumbling something. This was not the first time I've notice this lady be rude before as she's been rude to me in the pass. I decided to speak up and told her that her attitude was not okay, and people does not have to tolerate her discourtesy. The lady that I spoke up for told me that it wasn't the first time she encountered this attitude by this lady and thank me. I did ask to speak to the person in charge and spoke to Debbie. I explained to her what happened, and the rude lady came to the conversation. Of course, she denied everything trying to excuse herself. However, she continued to have an attitude. I hope something is done about this woman because Viola is an organization that serves a community that's in need. Therefore, it's extremely important to carry on with compassion and respect for the community they serve.

Many community and charity services are doing such a great job, but I wanted to write about Viola Blythe Community Services Center / Foundation and how they are my favorite. Each year they coordinate an adopt a family for the Holidays program where anyone can provide gifts, food and clothes to one or more families out of the many who register as families in need. Debbie Blythe and her staff make it an easy and great experience when it comes time to give and hopefully make a difference. The best experience however is getting to meet the family if you wish and let them know people like Viola Blythe and their supporters really do care.

A wonderful place to donate your gently used kids clothes, unused extra baby diapers, baby strollers, pack and plays, ( call to see if they have room first please). Also toys, books. Just know that whatever you donate will greatly help out someone who really needs it! What an amazing place, thank you Viola!

I used to come here until there was a misunderstanding and lady that checks you in was very rude and without listening first she made assumptions. It's bad enough that I'm going thru a lot but doesn't help when she makes you feel worst.
