My wife and I are very glad that we chose Vi at Highlands Ranch as our retirement community. It's the perfect place to enjoy 5-star dining, make new friends, stay active, and enjoy the view of the Rocky Mountains from your balcony.

When we decided to move to Vi, we were relieved to end the drudgery of maintaining a house. We moved 3 years ago from the Seattle area to Vi (in its pleasant suburb just south of Denver). The area is full of nearby excellent shopping and attractive destinations for visits.

During the covid year of 2020, the Vi staff went out of their way to provide additional activities that could be enjoyed inside our Vi apartment -- either online or on our internal TV network -- to make the days enjoyable. And the staff arranged vaccinations very early in 2021 for any of us who wanted. Virtually all of us chose to participate.

A 5-star executive chef provides delicious meals and lots of choices for each meal. And, during normal times, the Dining Room is the perfect place for a relaxing meal, choice of wines and beverages, and for meeting new people and making new friends. Activities (walking, biking, outings, concerts, stimulating live speakers, and more) are abundant. What's not to like!

We are extremely happy to be home at Vi! The residents and staff have been extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoy the many activities provided along with the many social events and entertainment. After checking many other adult living communities we felt the Vi was the best for us with the best care center. We would highly recommend the Vi to family, friends, and others without any reservation!

Vi at Highlands Ranch is a wonderful place to live. Since Vi is a Class A retirement community, we'll never have to worry about a rise in fees if we need assisted living or dementia care. And right now we're enjoying the excellent and varied menus, wide range of activities and, most of all, the friendly residents and staff. Vi nurtures a warm community atmosphere.

Every senior citizen should consider and plan for the last season of their life. We have chosen to make our own decisions rather than our children being forced to make them for us. We also do not want to be a burden in their lives. For all of these reasons we explored continuing care communities in the Denver area where our children live. We have chosen Vi and we can say it is above our expectations in every way. Vi provides all of our interest such as exercise classes, gym, Bible studies, book clubs, painting classes, intellectual and cultural stimulating activities. The various dining options work perfectly for our lifestyle depending on the day. Above all, we have made wonderful friends and the staff here is like family and friends. Vi is the only type A Continuing care community in Denver. We do not have to worry at all about our future. What a joy and a relief!

Most wonderful place. I moved in just before COVID. I am so grateful to be here. The entire staff takes such wonderful care of us! Starting with Nicole and Bethany on the sales team, thru the move. Getting settled was so easy. Eveyone is here to help you. People are so friendly. I cant forget how wonderful Chef is. His food is fantastic. We have lots of activities and special events. Some are on zoom now. However, we still have the pool, work out and lots of classes. Vi is 5 star all the wayI love to walk outseide around our beautiful grounds.

We have come to love it here at Vi. It was a big change moving from a single home to a retirement community. The staff and the residents at Vi have given us incredible support at every turn. We have come to feel this is really our home. The facility is the best anywhere on all fronts. The continuous care resources available for the future give us comfort as well.

I am really enjoying my living experience here at VI. The staff has been extremely helpful and always ready to assist in any way they can. I also enjoy the food being served and I never get bored with the menu which is varied and wholesome. My only prroblem is that I find myself eating too much!! I have also made some good friends and hope to continue to meet new people.

Three years ago, my wife Alice and I moved to Vi at Highlands Ranch from our wonderful home in Golden’s oldest historic district. When we moved, Alice was in her early seventies and I in my late.

We were very familiar with Vi because my mother spent the last ten years of her life at Vi at Greyhawk in Scottsdale Arizona, then called “Classic Residence by Hyatt”. So we already knew that Vi represents the CLASS of the Type A continuing care retirement communities.

The decision to move was easy once I realized that it was inevitable - just a matter of timing. And the risks were all in favor of allowing Vi to protect our long-term health and wellness.

Our experience here has done nothing but confirm my Mom’s experience. Vi ensured that our move from Golden was seamless. The community here has been warm and welcoming – both staff and residents. The facilities are first-rate. And we were delighted to find a wide variety of activities to keep us stimulated – both physically and intellectually. I am a relentless bicycle rider and I keep my bike on a bike rack in the indoor garage near where our car is valet-parked. Alice is as relentless a walker as I am biker and she regularly walks miles on the paths connecting to Vi or takes a short drive to the Highline Canal.

Alice and I both contribute to the community by serving on resident committees - me on the Finance Committee and Alice on Health and Wellness.

Vi made the pandemic experience tolerable, delivering meals to our door daily and confirmed the value and importance of the services Vi provides. Vi organizes online activities, including physical activities like Yoga and Tai Chi, as well as intellectual, such as the Active Minds and Great Decisions. And, of course, Vi organized the early on-site vaccination of its entire community, both residents and staff, so that we could safely return to safe on-site restaurant dining and in-person activities.
