Does everyone call as soon as they open, or is their default automated message "we are experiencing higher than normal call volume" as you wait for half an hour when you called at open. they set up my appointment that I have waited months to be able to have and gave an invalid authorization and I might not be able to do it now because I CAN'T GET AHOLD OF ANYONE. I had full bars service and they just stopped talking and hung up and I had to get back in their 30 minute line to get ahold of anyone..... Is this just business as usual?

They cancel my daughter while she in school in November , I call them for verification and they ask a bunch proofs I send it all take a moth for they say was missing a form they never ask in first place, I have to stop all my daughters psychiatrist app, can’t afford to by her medication is already March and my daughter still no able cuz they keep ask prove that sage is school, I already send forms, sign by school, transcript, classes by semester and still no have answer, call and always busy and when call back won’t talk with me cuz my daughter is 18 and she in school, when I am home and I am work when she is home , and they always talk her and say the same crap thing. I ashamed no wonder a lot federal government employees are getting fired.

I have been calling for over a week while on hold for almost 2 hours. When I finally reach someone, they say that they can't hear me. I have used different phones to make sure it isn't a problem on my end, but the same thing. This is a major problem! Veterans are not receiving care because of this, and no one fixes the issue.

I am sorry so many veterans have/are experiencing difficulties and frustration with CCC. I'm 100%, live 70+ miles from closest VA, so I rely heavily on CCC. I've had over 20 appts over the past several years. Fortunately, I have always had great success with CCC. I usually secure message them instead of phoning them (patience isn't one of my virtues) and they have always responded within 48hrs, sometimes even 24hrs, and helped me push auths through, get providers to submit SARs, schedule appts, etc.

Ms. Stacey Hedrick in CCC is extremely helpful! Also Chet Fortune in Travel! On occasion I do get a provider bill, but I email bill to CCC and they always handle it.

I just wanted to share some hope with other vets that CCC can be a positive experience. Also give CCC some props for doing so great despite all their negative press. I assure you they've come miles ahead since the early days when CCC was CHOICE.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Called four different times. 3 of those times I waited about 30 minutes each to only get disconnected. At least someone picked up the fourth time but claimed she couldn't hear me and immediately hung up. This office needs an overhaul....bad!

I call community care yesterday to check on a referral. The lady that answered was very rude, she spoke over me every time I tried to talk, she cut me off before I could explain anything. Then when I asked to speak to someone who could help me instead of disrespect me she hung up.
I called back today and waited for on hold for 37 mins. The lady answered my call asked for my name and last 4. I gave it to her. She said she couldn't hear then hung up on me. I guess customer service isn't a priority. I'm to the point where I would rather pay out of pocket then use the va

Wow ... I received a call at 8:30 AM this morning from the Community Care, Denver, CO to schedule a dental consultation. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and then was disconnected ... it's now 1:00 PM and I have been calling, getting disconnected or the lines are busy. Something needs to be fix at the Denver Community Care VA
