To say that Gabe was a lifesaver today is a mild over exaggeration…but not by much. I was frantic in how to solve a major issue with multiple phones and number swaps and apple ids. He immediately put me at ease, explained as he walked through all the steps, helped me to recover both phones AND took time to review my account. He took a HUGE amount of time out of his day helping just one customer (me) and it was so far above and beyond I am just thrilled!!!! Thankful for someone focused on truly helping and making sure that I felt calm and comfortable all the time!!! Bravo Gabe!!!!

I had a great experience with JT Whittaker at the Lewis Center location. He promptly took care of me at my appointment time. I upgraded to a new iPhone 16 Pro Max. He made sure I was aware of all available discounts. He transferred everything over from my old phone to the one perfectly. Total time to get this done was about an hour. Highly recommend him to anyone needing a phone upgrade.

Went to the Verizon store for a new phone today. Elyssa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining our options as well as comparing the different plans to allow us to select the best plan for us. Elyssa was great. We were making some holiday switches buying a new gift phone, , trading another to second family member annd adding a line.
