Overall ok but the rent increases have been ridiculously high over the past few years. social Security COLA increases don’t match Part B Medicare premium increases coupled with rent increases. 18 years here and not the same vibe as when I moved in. Grateful for the good times though.

Just spoke to Jennifer, the manger of 12 years… I never experienced such rude customer service… I’m calling to get assistance for an eviction, she tells me there a waiting list… ok so can I get on it? Well it’s a two year wait? Ok soooo can I get assistance? No assistance available at the moment should be listed on your website… You need to find something that fulfills you, helping people in emergency situations is not your cup of tea Jennifer…

I love living here at V.V.M.. Well worth waiting 3yrs to get in. It's geared for seniors/disabled/low income. I pay $276 a month for a spacious one bedroom. There are large/free laundries! Beautifully landscaped and maintained.

While visiting the Manor, I have noticed the cleanliness of the complex, breathtaking views, and friendly people. Inside the one bedroom places, I was shocked to see how spacious it was. Considering moving there myself!

I really love it here at the Verde Vally Manor, the grounds are kept really well, the apartments are very nice, spacious, kept up very well and the staff is very knowledgeable about many things and very friendly and wonderful! The place here is quite, I feel very safe here along with other people who just want to live out there lives in harmony! I would highly recommend for those who are looking for a place to call home to come here and get the feel of the place! Thank you to the staff that go above and beyond! ?

Office staff are cordial but the community and the maintenance staff do a fantastic job of helping each other and making it a home for one and all. My mother was lucky to find such a tight knit group to spend her time with.

My friend lives here. They really keep the grounds amazing. They are quick to address any problems that arise in her unit. It's income based senior independent housing... particularly for those with disabilities.
