I have posted reviews prior. I will say the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. For as busy as the club is the gym space is mostly clean and equipment in working order. The locker room restroom area is horrible. See photos - the showers are never not all operational. The toilets too are always dirty with paper rollers broken or empty. There are at least a dozen lockers that have been broken for probably a year. - the fix would take about an hour. Yesterday there were 4 showers out of order and two toilets. The showers have been out of order for almost a month. There is still graffiti on some walls and in many lockers- been over a year for this too

Men's bathroom is a mixed, often odor-iffic experience. What gets me is that things like this, a show handle missing, goes on for weeks or more.
The staff says it's because the users steal them. Yeah, so the rest of us are punished for that? Thanks. I'm giving 3 stars because there are periods where I have no complaints, but I'm posting this here because informing the staff of issues seems to have absolutely no affect.
----- 3 Weeks+ Later After VASA says "Sorry. We'll get right on that." -----
You know what didn't happen when the responder finished their message to my post? They didn't do what they said they would do. What probably happened instead is they typed their response and their next action was to get coffee instead.
To VASA staff, please don't waste time saying, "I'll get this fixed." Just go fix it.
By the way, these shower hooks have been missing since I joined 3 years ago. What's worse, is the 2 showers with these still installed (of 6... yes 4 are missing), both have the shower handles missing. Venn diagram:

This place has potential to be a 5 star gym.. sadly things are always broken. Currently March 2025: All 4 hydro massage beds are down, lol not even 1 working. The bathrooms are always gross, I know it’s not easy but the place is always packed so there is plenty of money coming in. Not sure if it’s corporate or local management, but Vasa should be better. Willing to change to 5 star if things improve.

So ask yourself a simple question. If an establishment can't maintain the simplest of items.... how do they assure their equipment is safe and maintained. Take a close look at attached pics. Overall management may be a question here. I do like the gym. Just very concerned about conditions.

This is a WONDERFUL facility. They greet you with a friendly smile. The equipment was clean and well maintained as was the locker room and pool/sauna was perfect not too cool like some indoor club pools. Thanks for making this older woman feel comfortable getting back into fitness!

Staff is friendly and polite, trainers are knowledgeable and helpful, most of the gym is kept clean. That being said… gym is often too crowded and I spend way more time than I would like waiting for equipment to become available, especially leg machines (machine leg press, hamstring curl machine, leg extension machine) Locker rooms are to be avoided imo, they always smell bad and are super crowded just like the rest of the gym.

My 1 year old and I love this gym! We tried a couple of different VASA’s before we ended up coming to this one full time because of the daycare staff, they are so friendly and loving towards my daughter! 10/10 recommend!!

The best place in this gym is the daycare. The staff is so great and friendly. I love how they really made it possible for me to be comfortable to leave my 1 year old son. They made it to where I can have time for myself and make sure my son is well taken care of.
