The mission is incredibly important, and the staff is professional, caring, and dedicated to the mission. No other organization could be as deserving of your contributions.

Not a pleasant place to visit. Terrible management for understaffed departments and often surrounded by the the most anti social, violent and disruptive elements of society who make an already upsetting and painful experience much worse. Wait times especially for emergency situations extremely excessive and staff often suffer unwarranted abuse for bad service caused by poor management of resources and processes.

I went to the VMC Foundation yesterday to pickup COVID PPE. The staff was so amazingly kind and helpful!

NPO reps pick up at the front double doors. I’ve never been to this location and I think it would’ve been much easier to find it without all the construction. Disappointingly, Google Maps sort of made matters worse because it was telling me to take the roads that were barricaded. I eventually got there obviously, but it was a little frustrating.

The service is absolutely horrible in the emergency care. We spent 8 hours in total there and all togethet a good 3-4 hours were us waiting. They had no water in the vending machines, and no one at the information desk nor main desk. We were told by two people we could get seen by someone who wasnt even there 1-2 hours of the time we needed to talk to him and we were promised right when he got back we could talk to him and they aould twll him but they never did. After about 5 hours they finally told us we can go somewhere where its faster and will get do e quicker. They wasted a good 5 hours of our time where she could have spent it healing from medication but instead had to sit and cry in the waiting room.

At the end of March 2015, I was attacked and stabbed in my back yard by thugs under contract with Intel Corporation. The emergency surgery team at VMC replaced the blood that decorated my back yard and reattached severed arteries and nerves. Over 3-1/2 years later, my body still does not work properly but I am so thankful that the kind medical professionals at VMC patched me up so I can warn others about the domestic terrorists of Intel Corporation.

The pharmacy tech was rude I went to check my prescription for accuracy she walked away from the window.....I turns out they gave me the wrong pills..I have to now go back to fix thanks for the customer service.
