VBC has a wonderful group of joyful volunteers serving the community. This has been my impression from the very start. They are organized and keep all the recipients informed of dates of service either by email, internet, 211, or even by phone. I have actually received return phone calls which is unheard of in our present culture. They literally know what is in their pantry and out of respect for recipients' time they do not allow recipients to wait for hours only to be turned away without food. And they are GENEROUS not only with their food but with their JOY. VBC is outstanding in demonstrating the love of Christ! I am always uplifted - not only physically with the food but spiritually with the Spirit in which it has given. God bless you, VBC!
