I was invited so many times by a few of the members over and over, so I decided to take them up on their invitation so they could zip it already.  It also was the day of one of the member's wedding who I had just become good friends with.  Turns out I was overwhelmed by the welcome I got, and the move of GOD's spirit filled the place with both worship and the gospel word of GOD without any fluff at all.

Pastor Kevin Alexander made it clear, the Scripture, the whole Scripture, and nothin' but the Scripture is the main speaker in this church.  I also met some new brothers & sisters in Christ who are also madly in love with JESUS. I will be back very soon.  Thanks.

No offense I met some sweet people in this church the church is great . However I am a former student of the Men's Home and I did not complete the program due to personal circumstances and I wanted to come back home to my family and I talked very nicely to Pastor. Kevin and he lashed out on Me because I simply told him I could not complete the program and that's been almost a year and ago into this day I have yet to hear anything from pastor Kevin or John. That's definitely not the it's not the church it's pastor Kevin and John the leadership that's not loving

I met Pastor Kevin a few months back, he told me about the church. I've been wanting to find a church that really preaches the word. So I went today and was so impressed with the music and singing just like back in my youth. When the preaching started it took me back years ago. It was some good old fashioned fire and brimstone styled preaching. Pastor Kevin is awesome. He really preaches the word, doesn't just read a Bible to you, you can do that at home.The folks are very nice and welcoming. I will be going back to hear more. This is the place to be if you're looking for some learning about God. You won't regret it.

There's only 2 churches I've been to in the last 10 yrs that preach the real gospel. U-turn ministries in Chico tx. And JSM down in Baton Rouge La. We are blessed to have this church in our state, and even more in our backyard!!!

The truth is spoken straight from God's word here! It may be a little harsh sometimes but Pastor Kevin only preaches what the word says. The people are friendly and never look down on people. Love love love this church!!!💝💟💖

I went to the pastor (Kevin) for counseling. He canceled the first 2 times and was late to the 3rd meeting. Seems to me like he doesn't value the hurting people. Not to mention the person on stage was praying and said “let us be more like Kevin” strange huh?
