Unpack Ministries better known as Lubbock Impact is a great place to serve. The amount of people they serve on a weekly basis shows how much the Lubbock community need this organization. If you are struggling to make ends meet Lubbock Impact is more than happy to help you with clothing, food, haircuts, and a free clinic. They’re motivated to serve based on their faith. However, they will try to help anyone who comes regardless of their beliefs. They serve family style dining every Wednesday to promote a sense of family. Upstairs they provide child care for the kids that visit. This is a great organization that has really made an Impact on the Lubbock community. You should definitely consider helping the cause by donating your time, money, clothing, or food. If you are struggling to make ends meet please visit and they’ll be there to help.

This is a good place to go on Wednesday night 4 a free meal ...they help people with some medical needs & have a clothes closet 2 help people with clothing... most of my visits here have been very nice but 1 time a man there was very rude to me (a man working there) He heard me tell my daughter I was going 2 b mad if we didn't get 2 eat this was after they wouldn't let us go in yet because they were having devotional but when they let us in they r asking if anyone wants 2nds and a woman is leaving with her plate & the man told me real ugly "you're going 2 get 2 eat " ( sometimes they run out of food) so b sure 2 get there on time but over all this is a wonderful place run by a bunch of loving volunteers this man was more than a volunteer he needs 2 learn how 2 b nicer to people he didn't even know who I was going 2 b mad at!!!!

Wonderful, friendly people. I would suggest calling for info before going down there. Since the services are free, expect multiple visits. Also, patience is required but, they are all wonderful people and just trying to help the Lubbock community.

Lubbock IMPACT Center is a wonderful organization oriented in helping fill a spiritual and material need (clothes, books, food) for those who are the 'working poor.' They do have limited hours. The best day to visit is a Wednesday!

I love , love, love Unpack Ministries. I live for class ! I have learned so much about walking the right path with Jesus and also about myself . Poppy is an amazing pastor/teacher . And I know God put me with the right ppl .

Good place to go especially to get something to eat. I didn't have money for food and this place helps me out with food and other items. So glad I found this place.

Hours of operation on Google are for administrative duties only. Services for the needy are on Wednesday only. "Hot meals for everyone" are on Wednesday 5:30 pm only.There is no food pantry.
