United Way of Pinal County was so incredibly generous and donated a substantial amount of financial aid towards our Caleb Rodriguez Culinary Scholarship fund here at Central Arizona College. We are a culinary club called "Mise En Place" which is a French kitchen term meaning "to gather" and we have been fundraising in honor and loving memory of a past culinary student named Caleb. Allen the CEO of United Way of Pinal County noticed our fundraising efforts through various events and decided to help raise our scholarship fund to its half way mark. This means that incoming Fall 2023 culinary students have a chance to reach their dreams with the help that a scholarship can provide. They have help now to purchase a new chefs uniform, purchase their textbooks or help with tuition. We can't thank this organization enough all of its generosity! This helped further our dreams as a culinary club! Thank you!!!

Aweful! Rude person there that does not answer questions fully. Asked him several times verbally and in writing and I got no response, lost my online application, doesn't answer fully, or denies application after resubmitting and never answers the question. Very cruel when someone is in need and met all the requirements. They do not return calls in 48 hours like recording states. I still haven't spoken with manager not had simple questions answered. Waste of time and energy, as well as they have my confidential information and refuse to tell me if it's been destroyed. I have suffered identity theft and they may be the cause. Very poor employee who boarders in criminal action. I hope this review will prompt a responsible higher up to contact me. Disappointing United Way discriminates in this manner!! When someone is in distress that they go to lengths to ask for help, show them a little bit of kindness and empathy... It goes a long way. This location has made things worse for my household. Shame on you!!!

I can't thank enough to unitedwayofpc for the immediate help they provided to our family. Took the class that was Very super helpful and worth taking then application and with in that day I had the help big blessing when in time of need. If I could give ten stars I would our family is very humble and thank you again UNITED WAY OF PINAL COUNTY for your support and help!

In a time our world is in crisis they definitely help out. I recently have been home sick due to covid. Rent is due and bills dont stop. I’ve been out of work for 3 weeks now used all my sick time. I applied for rental assistance and the next day my rent is was paid. Thank you Alex now I can focus on my health and getting better. ?
