Went there to get my taxes done the Hispanic lady ( Carmen)that was preparing my taxes she seems like she was the person in charge However she was very unprofessional she wasn't concern about getting me all of my deductions she was distracted the entire time she was so petty when I told her that I didn't want her to submit my taxes that I will go somewhere else to have them done correctly she took back the information sheet that I ask her for to see what all I can claim as a deduction on my taxes. I will never return to this location as long as she is there

Came here for the first time to do my taxes , there was a little bit of wait due to only being two people doing taxes the day that I went , being a free service I can’t complain. Elizabeth did my taxes for me she was so nice and wonderful, I’m thankful for her service , I hope she’s still there next year I will personally ask for her ! Thank you Ms.elizabeth for being kind and explaining the process , hope to see you next year !

On the website say that Barker and Ripley was open on Saturdays 9:00 to 3:00 and I looked on the Google Map they said they were closed they need to update that

Overbook for passport appointments. Had to reschedule so my and my mom wouldn't be late for our reservations we had at a restaurant that day
