DO NOT use these people for tax filing! They are not very knowledge and leave out information. If you recently purchased a car, you CAN claim sales taxes and vehicle registration fees!! This was not disclosed last year!!

I had one of the ladies give me an attitude because I asked her questions about applying donations to my tax return. They do not really review the final documents before submitting them to the IRS. YOU NEED to review them for accuracy. They pass your information around to multiple Tax Preparers to file your taxes!!

I currently have covid-19 and I was researching resources for help for me and my children... And they told me the only resources they have is food. I don't have money for door dash, or for someone to pick up and drop off my food and yet on their websight says they have millions of dollars donated for the covid-19 pandemic.... Where is all this donated money going? Why are our covid-19 people that are suffering not recieving any help?
