This is the best gym I’ve ever gone to! I love the classes. I’m definitely challenged. I’m building muscle like never before. There are people here from all walks of life, from Colorado school of mine students to some folks that are probably 75 or more years old, working out in the same classes. The instructors are all great. Plus, I love that. There’s a good amount of different types of workouts that you can do and multiple types of yoga classes that you can take. I highly recommend this gym

I highly recommend Unite Fitness! I took the burn and build with Chris, who is a fantastic instructor! She provided modification options when necessary and encouraged the entire class to keep the energy up until the end. The class flew by, and who knew burning 500+ calories could be so much fun!

I am new to the area and this gym has been awesome!! they have different classes all throughout the day. My favorite so far has been the build express at noon. You can get a great workout in in 45 minutes over lunch would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This was my first class at Unite and it was great! The class was fun, engaging and the instructor was very knowledgeable. I showed up without sneakers and she let me borrow a pair! I’ll definitely be back.
