The EMS staff was exceptional - I was hurt over New Year’s weekend and the EMS team that responded to my call did a superb job! I physically could not move from my injury and they worked together as a team to get me transported to Wilson Hospital - i can’t thank the EMS team enough for how quickly and professionally they handled my call to safety get me to the ER! Again thanks so much!

Finally I would say please donate if you can to support this valuable community service since I realized this weekend what a tremendous resource these EMS teams are!

They told my dying daughter that they were going to put her in a nursing home and they said they couldn't pick her up off the floor again. She is dying from Muscular Dystrophy and a bad heart

I highly recommend using this ambulance place I did my ride along and CPR class there and they're very nice people very helpful and very respectful and they are very excellent people hands down

The worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company. Emailed with questions about billing twice without response after their response to my initial email did not answer my question. Then I tried calling only to be put on hold and hung up on. How a medical company can operate so unethically is beyond me. Avoid using their service unless absolutely necessary
