I will start off by apologizing for wasting your time on giving you information on the abuse I'm going thru behind closed doors. It must be becuase the type of abuse is not Nationally recognized or that I'm a man that it doesn't seem important enough to anyone but me,my counselors and pysch dr.
It's a little disappointing to know that not all abuse is treated the same....again my apologies for wasting your time.
I do appreciate the support and services I do get though...I've had 22 surgeries and disabled becuase of that and the ability to have that help has been good.Thanks. I guess all the commercials and signs about mental health issues are bs too unless you are female and have only certain issues...it's prejudice and profiling.

It's good to know that you guys could care less about families who need help..Not everyone in this county has a job at Honda and can afford to take care of their families even with both parents working full time jobs..How about you start taking your jobs seriously, earn your tax payer funded paycheck and stop dragging your feet when processing these applications for assistance!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves

Joshua Brent is Amazing! He was very professional and courteous in helping me with my case. He went out of his way to make sure I could get the needed documentation in that was convenient for me because I don't have transportation. I am very thankful I was able to work with Mr. Brent today I had a great experience . Five stars for the agency

I'm a father that paid over $500 a month in child support for 15 years. Never missed a payment. Got custody off my son. And union county Child support office has came up with every reason as to why the mother doesn't have to pay. This office needs investigated. This is a flawed system. Unbelievably leaning towards females. I honestly can not believe how one sided this office is. Their answer to me is. "If I feel as though there is an error, I should contact an attorney." Clearly if I had money for an attorney I wouldn't need child support. I would also like to add, the state in which I reside approved it, but when sent to Union county it was denied!

Im not sure why the receptionists feel they need to look up my info when I specifically ask for my case manager that I have already spoken to. The receptionist are trying to feel important and have zero clue at what is going on. When I call and ask to speak to my case manager that should be it. My call should get transferred. I DONT NEED HELP FROM THE FRONT!!! I NEED MY CASE MANAGER. Its none of the RECEPTIONIST BUSINESS WHY IM CALLING POINT PERIOD BLANK!!!! DO BETTER UNION COUNTY.

If you're looking for a team of should be stay at home moms to not help you on any subject matter. Then please stop by here. If you're looking for any type of support, you're better off looking in a dumpster. these women have better things to do than try to help you with any financial issues because they don't give two s#!ts about you.
