I like my PCP (Dr. Jacques).. but as far as trying to get in touch with the 3rd floor office, it's nearly impossible. Nobody ever picks up and the voice mail is always full. They need to do better.

So disappointed in this place, the customer service is horrible. I spoke to a woman name "Millie" trying to make an appointment. I was in shock at the level of unprofessionalism she had. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!
