Wonderful staff. Yes there’s a wait but they were amazing. Got me triaged quickly and back in an orderly fashion based on triage of course. It’s an er so always expect to sit tight but once we were in the back we were golden. Quick dose of steroids and some anti nausea medication prescriptions and we were out the door with a plan in place. Thank you everyone!

It’s an emergency room and yet there was no triage. I understand they probably listened for key words like chest pain, shortness of breath, etc but someone should be taking basic vitals and triaging. There was a baby, probably 8 months, with an awful cough, crying, and poor skin coloring and the mother said they had been waiting an hour. No one had even check the baby’s pulse ox. Also, it should be upfront if certain insurances are taken and what the copay is going to be BEFORE treatment. I knew my insurance would be taken and I’ve never paid more than $35 copay anywhere, including other emergency rooms, so I was shocked that it was $105. If I had known, I would have gone to an urgent care. The staff was nice though. I will not be going back.

I came in because my family doctor told me to because my urine culture showed a bad infection and to go to the ER because he wanted me to get the correct antibiotics (possibly intravenously). My doctor is never urgent, but this time he was. So I went to the closest ER (here) and they took me in right away (there was no one there we we got there, but soon filled up!). They took a urine sample and I had been having symptoms that day & the day before. I also, for the first time, was having lower left back pain, so also did blood tests & a CT scan to rule out a kidney infection/stone. I made sure that I had the lab report to show them from my doctor's office, and within a day's time, from their test, I had no UTI, but I did have a kidney stone. I asked them how could the infection go away so fast, but the ER doc wouldn't even look at the lab report. All the other staff were wonderful, but the ER doc wouldn't take the time to listen to me and just kept saying ..."It's the kidney stone!, that is it!". He said that I would need to see a Urologist & that would possibly bee 4-6 days! Well the very next day I had to go an Urgent Care because I had a fever and terrible pain and they did a urine culture & it definitely showed that I had a UTI. They gave me a shot & some antibiotics. It could have gone septic while I was waiting to see a Urologist. The ER doc would not even listen to me and said, "We do these labs in real time." They should have checked again because of my symptoms and at least looked at the lab report from my doctor's office the day before. This place is good for non-emergency treatment, but I would go to a regular ER next time for sure. I am thankful that they found the kidney stone, but the ER doc just needed to take the time to listen to me, but he was heading for the door every time I asked.

I came in tonight with a health scare, and the staff made me feel comfortable! They thoroughly checked into everything that could’ve been a possibility. They ordered blood tests, gave an ultrasound, a chest x-ray, and even gave me a GI cocktail to help my indigestion. I had a nurse, I believe her name was Katie/Katy, she was one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. She was extremely gentle with her technique, compassionate with handling sensitive information and apologetic when accidentally getting some of my blood on my pants. I left with a packet full of information regarding my diagnosis and test results. If you need an urgent care/emergency room this is the place to go! Thank you UC HEALTH.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I came in for myself and for my 7 year old son. I had been sick for several days and started coughing up blood. My son had been sick since yesterday. We weren't even seen by a doctor. We were seen by a very rude nurse practitioner, Angela Tomme. She didn't listen to me at all or show any concern. She had a nurse do a Covid/flu test and discharged us and told me to look up the results on the app at home. I have never had such an awful experience before. Save your time and money and go see an ACTUAL DOCTOR at a hospital.

The staff couldn't care less about helping people and does not take any pain or symptoms seriously. My husband came in with symptoms of a heart attack and they completely brushed him off.

If I could make this 0 stars after my child's visit, I would. We went to this location to have her checked for a 105+ degree fever and the service was horrendous. The doctor hardly performed a check up. He seemed to not care about my child's fever and made it clear that we were wasting his time. My wife is in tears because of her concern and to see the doctor blow it off and send us home, has destroyed her trust in this location and with medical professionals

Treatment is quick but the staff was rude and not friendly. I am sorry that their jobs include helping people because it is clearly not their strong suit. I was told to put on a gown with a connected iv as just an example. I had to ask them how was I going to be able to take off my shirt with a connected iv. They immediately gave me fentanyl for my pain after I them I had not taken any pain meds. Why was the first med they used the strongest and then we wonder why we have a nation of folks craving narcotics. Was not impressed with their level of service at all. 2 rating is only for speed of service.

I would also like to add that this clinic gave me fentanyl not knowing or caring to ask about my history with narcotics or addiction. Within 3 hours I could feel the high from the drug fading and the pain rising. Another hit wouldn't be bad and that is how narcotic addictions begin. Hospitals and doctors start these addictions that are plaguing the nation.
