The people were very friendly and helpful. I was able to take my test in a quiet place in a timely manner, with reliable equipment. The room was very large and you get your own cubical. It was a bit on the cool side for me but my pull over was enough to fix that. I hope to have any further certification tests here!

So, I went back today for my annual training and I felt compelled to revise my review. The staff today were all friendly and solution minded. I spoke with the manager and she indicated that unfriendliness is not going to be tolerated. I am happy to say that there have been improvements to the website and the overlap experience has been much improved.

Very nice personnel and professional. Great facility to have your company to teach introductory and standard safety training courses. The training kept me attentive and taught me a few things I was not previously knowledgeable about.

I took the ADEM water operator certification exam here. The last time I took a similar exam, it was located in another place and the exam room was as small as a closet but there was plenty of room here. The staff was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions.

"Coming out of the Nuclear/Natural-Gas/Solar/Fossil Fuel, Power Industry, as a Professional Pressure Welder, As well as Quality Control Manager , & Upper management .. Superintendent Project Mgr. , I was amazed at the "Out-dated" Self Paced Training, you're selling to these local/ "Highly Respected by Me"!! [[local contractors]]!!! As for the global Giants like Bechtel, Day & Zimmerman, B & W, Alstom G.E. Westinghouse, or URS. , They wouldn't by you're {kindergarten cop} "credit-card style" Certificates!! "Somewhat Dissatisfied", was expecting a little more detail. Thank You.
