Just returned home from U of A Family weekend and could not have asked for a better stay at the Marriott. The staff was SO attentive, the room was large, clean and quiet. I think I slept better my 3 nights there than I do at home! A very special thank you to Angie from the cleaning staff who jumped in to clean our room the first day when it wasn't even her assigned room. She was fantastic and I truly appreciated her going above and beyond! We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the receptionists were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging, but the staff truly made it a breeze. Special shoutout to Patricia, the housekeeper, who was an absolute gem! She was attentive, kind, and went out of her way to ensure our room was comfortable and clean. The entire team made us feel right at home, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommended for families!

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel last weekend. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and inviting inside. Really pretty. We had a standard room with two queen beds and the decor was really nice. It was clean. The view wasn’t great (it was of the side of the close building next door) but we weren’t spending too much time in the room so I didn’t ask to be reassigned… otherwise I probably would have.

The MOST DELIGHTFUL part of our stay was my daughter’s and my visit to the Coffee Bar in the Lobby the next morning. I arrived down there about ten minutes before scheduled opening, and the sweet young barista MOLLY was happy to open early for me. She was DELIGHTFUL. Her service was above and beyond. She was super friendly, super helpful with cups of ice water, a toasted bagel, sweetener, etc. she even got me bottled water in a bag for us to take with us. This property is lucky to have Molly as an employee. She should be acknowledged for her great attitude and great customer service.

We plan to be in Tucson again and will be staying at this property again - we’re looking forward to it.

This is my go to place to stay when I have to come down to Tucson. What really sets it apart for me are the people here and the level service they provide.

I especially enjoy the bar, where Josh and JR always take great care of me. The drinks are excellent and reasonably priced, and the service is spot on. In my last few trips, I sat at the bar chatting with Josh and JR, had great conversations, and felt very welcome and comfortable while enjoying my perfectly prepared cocktail.

The breakfast is also excellent and reasonably priced. A great selection of muffins, pastries, fruit, as well as omelettes, waffles, and eggs cooked to order. My omelette was exactly as I requested, and perfectly cooked. Marriott will continue to be in my go to hotel when staying near U of A.

Ivan at the front desk and Molly in the coffee bar are beyond amazing!! I had several issues with my car and Ivan went above and beyond in helping me to the best of his capabilities. Molly at the coffee bar is so nice and sweet! She made my morning pleasant. The the staff is fabulous, and the rings are clean and comfortable. It is rare to find a hotel with an adequate gym, the gym at this hotel is fantastic and to quality. I would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay in downtown Tucson. Close to good restaurants and the university. Stevie was an amazing server and took good care of us for breakfast. Marcelo’s omelettes were the perfect start to the day. Excellent service, great rooms, and good location.

Hosted a conference here and it was a wonderful experience for our department at UA as well as our guests. We had many comments on how much attendees enjoyed the venue. The lunch was good and set up just as requested. Kimberly and Adrian made sure everything was well planned. Other staff were helpful as well and Frances made sure everything was clean. Thanks!
