I don’t know who the referees was for the middle school games at Lincoln co high school on 2/3/2022 but they were absolutely garbage!!!! One sided from the start I don’t mind loosing but I hate it when the refs are so one sided. It wasn’t even just on our girls the boy game after it that I have no affiliation with was called totally one sided to. These so called refs need to be fired or worse

Money, hungry organization that does not care about player safety. No way to report any wrongdoing by officials or players by parents. Will not use video evidence of wrongdoing, even if it is sent in by the school. Poorly trained officials, that have vendettas against certain schools with no repercussions. No way to even report these type of officials.

If I could take my one star and leave a review I would. Completely unfair and unprofessional is how I would describe my experience with TSSAA.. How does a session be held about a child’s future in a sport without the parent present? ( who defended the child) Nothing mentioned on the child’s prestige reputation and above avg sportsmanship for the past 10y starting from grade school. Just one first year referee with his buddies making decisions in favor of one another despite video proof! When these questions are asked the explanation is bleak and your basically blown off.
My advice, Watch out for the Nashville metro ref with a tattoo of what appears to be lighting or roots on his right arm. He has no clue what he is doing gonna get some kids hurt with no penalty’s. The worst part is I had this conversation with 2 other parents prior TSSAA Castration of my child’s sporting future.

Friday night at West Carroll High School was a joke. Those referees had no idea what was going on. They acted as if they had no prior knowledge of football or the rules. They were allowing WC to kick, hit and slam our kids' heads into the ground. Then when our quarterback told the ref to watch their late hits the ref replied with, "... stop whining." That is pathetic. Those gentleman need to be stripped of their titles before someone else gets hurt. Oh yeah, one of our boys is in Vanderbilt as a result of a late hit. Get on it!

Sadly our daughter is being penalized and not allowed to play as a home-schooled student because her coach called us after the deadline and we were given the run-around as to where to go or what we were supposed to do. No one seemed to be able to direct us to where we needed to go. On top of that when my husband called TSSAA the rude rep told him that it wasn't his(TSSAA) fault that we got the information late. I think it's mighty sad that these athletes get penalized because they have incompetent coaches.

Sadly, this organization is not willing to answer questions about an incorrect decision being made regarding sports matches and tournaments. If you want to call to get your questions answered they will blow you off and they will not answer your questions. They are not willing to admit when they are at fault or admit that they have a fault in their rulings and in their system. What makes this even more dissapointing is that they are over the sports of young people and they would rather save their face than admit to being wrong and hurting a young persons sporting career. Never thought I would have to write a review about how bad an organization is but I felt inclined to. TSSAA, fix your organization before you hurt more children.

Ok so recently I found out that the TSSAA are no longer allowing fans to come to events. Outrageous! I know that am exposing myself to COVID-19, and I'd rather get it than miss one of my boys basketball game. And we don't even live in West Tennessee where all the cases are bad.
