One thing that needs to open up is the swim hours for families. In the summertime, 3pm is when families have to leave the outdoor swimming pool. It never made sense to have to leave at the hottest time of day. The kids never understood why they had to get out. I never did either.

The golf course is nicely maintained, and the current landscaping is on point (that means good).

All in all, it is a very nice place to live. Just know, around 3pm, the wind picks up. It's just part of living in Rio Vista.

Very nice 55+ active retirement community. Seems like most of the residents were pleased with their investments. Was traveling with a family member who is a perspective buyer. Houses here are modest in size and relatively new (‘99-‘18). The newer mode homes are much more elegant and have a better design. This location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but lots of amenities within the community itself.

Parked my car on an otherwise empty street next to my parents' house; and they have the time to issue notices about a car being on the street, at midnight.

It was raining. And they have my info so they know who owns the car.

Do they have nothing better to do? I'm trying to figure out what kind of inconvenience I could have caused.

The one thing about rules enforcement is discretion. They didn't think that maybe the car wasn't moved bc it was raining all night and also there's NO ONE ON THE GODDAMN STREET.

I live in a place with a terrible HOA that does barely anything. Now I know what it looks like living in a neighborhood with an HOA with sticks up their asses.

I must admit it took about 6 months to get used to moving from Los Altos in the Bay Area. However, once I got use to living in the country I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I have the most fabulous neighbors and I've made so many wonderful friends. Trilogy and Shea homes weren't giving false advertising. I thought about moving to the Vineyards. However, I couldn't have ever bought such a beautiful home with such beautiful features. My ex husband came over last weekend and he couldn't believe what he saw starting from coming into the beautiful entrance. The amazing quality workmanship done to build my home. Working with Julie in the design center was a real pleasure. Every time I'm home I feel as if I'm at a spa or resort with the workmanship from the solar panels on thee top to the beautiful flooring I have. Jim had navel seen flooring like this before and every detail of the home simply amazed him and literally everyone who's ever come over. From friends, family, workers and delivery people!!! The amenities are fantastic and I love how there's a class or group for every interest you could ever have. If it doesn't exist. Then you can create a group. The Vista club is lovely and my Aunt came for a visit and we ate outside by the golf course. Just lovely!!! The local pharmacy and grocery store delivers during the week. My only wish is that we soon have a local doctors office. I still have a primary residence due to medical care. I hope this changes soon. I've discovered a fantastic hair salon, nail salon, pharmacy, grocery store and everyone downtown is so friendly. I even have a best friend who
Lives right next to me and I have a large lot with no one behind me. I love my garden and I picked out everything that went into the building of my home and garden. For me being a single woman I have never felt so safe in a wonderful community!!! Thank you Shea homes and Trilogy of Rio Vista...😊

The place is very peaceful. And my dad has a new house there so I've been visiting. I like it but it's not close to anything else which kinda sucks. And their golf course has been poorly taken care of and is muddy. I will say they are working on it and the greens and tea boxes were nice. It will just take time for the course to get repaired so I'll still keep playing to support their efforts. There are a couple tricky holes cause of the water hazard. They should let you pick balls out of the ponds. Lol lol I lost a few lol lol

Absolutely beautiful & so much available if you live in Trilogy, Good food & kind ppl , with smiles ,I highly recommend , get a few rounds of golf , eat , stay awhile you'll want to live there 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Have been living here for three years, love the quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to the river, lots to do, can't imagine living anywhere else.
