After signing a contract, 0 of my 40+ employees were able to get any sort of care for an entire year. Their call center reps are quick to answer, but onboarding with their mental health providers resulted in no returned calls and a lack of any sort of assistance. I was billed for my contract with them despite 0 utilization. When I protested, I was told that the contract was signed and their call center was made available to me. I do not think that a call center that is unable to provide my employees with care is not worth the $1000/yr that the services cost.

When you call them they want to interview you and assign a counselor to you. They used to allow you to research the Counselors and contact a counselor direct. I guess they can pick one for you, better than you can for yourself.
