Their customer service staff sucks real bad. They need people that understand people situation they act like it’s coming from their pockets. I apply for Medi-Cal and the lady was very rude. Their attitude sucks. When they are on the phone, they’re rude. It seems like they don’t like their job. They need more people that relate and love their job and love what they’re doing.

This place has made me lose all hope in my belief that the government can actually do their jobs. I spent months applying for programs during unemployment months just to get denied by the most unempathetic and vindictive woman named Jennifer Hazelton. When I talk to supervisors, they just laugh at you and make you feel terrible and worthless. Horrible people doing a horrible job.

Allied universal security guards are sloppy in the uniforms, when I was there the guard from the outside abandoned his post to come inside and begin socializing with the other guard sitting at the desk at the window and when I noticed they both begin to harass me as I stated to them I'm also a guard from your company at one time and you guys are not doing what you should be doing you're going to get reported they acted as if they were not touchable in that place belong to them and they were going to run it the way they choose to run it not the way they were paid and trained to. I began to feel very uncomfortable and threatened by security alone

My worker rescheduled my appointment for expedite benefits twice... I think you have to be family for them to give you benefits because they make it close to impossible and ridiculous. I applied 4xs in the last month and constantly getting denied but they family be in there applying and getting same day benefits. I have been unemployed for 2months and still was denied.

I went in for some help with my case and for starters the front employees treat you like you are worthless, you are better off asking the security about your questions, the next step takes forever and they will take their sweet time. Ok one can live with it. I was lucky enough to be helped by Luis wich he was very attentive and help me a lot. Thanks..
