This place has such great staff. When I'm there I feel safe. Meika the front desk person is so nice and helpful, she is always there to answer questions and get my appointments set. Mads when they do my wellness check is always so kind and caring. Lilith the electrolysis is so gentle and sweet, she makes me feel safe and not pushy when zapping my hairs. I recommend this place to any transgender person looking for help. They got your back.

Been having lazer/electrolysis appointments here with the center since around April, and can say they are a very professional, and empathetic resource for all transgender people. Have a very affirming staff with multiple queer identities. Highly recommend for all who are seeking hair removal services.

I’ve been getting services at this location for a while now and regardless of a few personal mishaps in the past I’m thankful for their continued existence. Not only as a place that offers support and services for trans individuals, but for their cis friends as well.

Their nurse for laser hair removal (and IPL), Shama, always makes me look forward to coming to my appointments. She goes above and beyond for every one of her patients. I really appreciate the little gestures like offering me sunscreen. I’m someone with a pale complexion and SPF can be pretty pricey. She also has this warm bedside manner that covers you like a blanket stitched together with understanding and compassion.

One of their electrolysis providers, Ida, is another person that brings a warm almost motherly vibe to the place. Although her personal treatment may not work for everyone (some say it hurts, but not me though), she isn’t upset if a patient wishes to switch to another providers. Again, showcasing that understanding and compassion displayed by Shama. Both Ida and Shama make it worth coming to this location for services, because you know they’re going to do everything in their power to make sure you’re well taken care of.

All in all, it’s good this establishment continues to operate and be that support network for the community of Riverside and surrounding areas. Especially when said areas tend to be more conservative in nature. I hope one day more clinics become commonplace. Until then, you always have here to call home.

The staff here are very nice and welcoming. Ida is very fast and effective for electrolysis. The nurse Shama is very sweet and welcoming. Meika & Gabby are great in the front too. Everyone here is amazing.
