First time into Trailriders. Came with a motorcycle group as we were riding through the area.
Love the patriotic atmosphere and the service was really good.

We all had different items. My wife and I had the taco salad. Very good. Recommend the green chili sauce. May be a little spicy for some, but great flavor.
Others in our party had the chili Rellenos which was very good along with the loaded nachos which they liked - and was a very big portion. We also had the French dip sandwich which was very good and came with a large portion of French fries.
Another person had the fish sandwich.
Unfortunately, this dish was not so great and the sweet potato fries were cold.

Trailriders seems to be a solid restaurant with a fun and patriotic atmosphere. Good menu and decent food any reasonable prices. We would certainly go back. Just not a 5 star rating on this visit.

Stopped by for lunch. Tried their Mexican fare which turned out to be pretty good. Had the stacked cheese enchiladas. The server was friendly and efficient. Probably one of the best restaurants in Edgar. If you're in the area give it a try. ?

Seat yourself, lovely attention to service and the kind of place that makes you love small towns. Smothered breakfast burrito with bacon on corn tortillas. Green chili sauce was perfectly spicy, bacon had a great smoke flavor that came through with every bite. All made fresh to order with a decent cup of diner coffee. What a great way to start the day!

The food was great here and worth the wait. However, this restaurant is in a small town and we are not from this town. There were two older women (I being one) a teenaged girl, two teenaged boys and a toddler in our party. We saw several tabled come in after us and get serviced before us even though we were seated in order. We waited nearly 30 minutes to be seated and almost the same for our food order to be taken. I don't know what the problem was, if there was some thing that made locals a priority, or if our section of the restaurant was short staffed, but it speaks volumes to a customer when that happens and the customer begins to rationalize why this is happening and its usually negative rationalization. My mother made a comment such as, "I thought we were forgotten!" And from then on we got an attitude from our drink hostess, she was then asked, are you a teenager? She said she was so, we assumed this could be the reason. Our food waitress was nice cordial and professional and seemed to understand our frustration of such a long wait. She didn't try to explain the purpose for the long wait and why it seemed we were being overlooked, so we were left to guess. The pork chops were wonderful, cooked to perfection for both orders. The hamburger was enormous and also cooked to perfection! The fries were delicious, and the chimi was huge!

A great stop while passing through. Portions are ginormous but It wasn't sharing my green chili hashbrowns with tortilla, kids had the chocolate chip pancakes and definitelyget the buttermilk syrup!

Will definitely stop again if we pass through. Service was fast and friendly, food came out fast. Room to pull you rv, tt and whatever else you are pulling. It shares a parking lot with a grocery store or there's a large lot across the street (I think it was a church) but we pulled our travel trailer in just fine and there was a big pontoon boat in the parking lot as well. Definitely make a stop!

This place is a must! They have a variety of food and it's all excellent. We ate there three times during our recent week in the mountains.
And the servers are fantastic. They all had a smile on their faces despite the huge crowds they were dealing with. We were amazed because we had had a truly awful experience with the servers in another local restaurant.
Our group had chicken fried steak, tacos, burgers, chicken sandwiches, and steak. Everyone was impressed and satisfied. Breakfast the next day was just as good. I love their green corn tamales.
This is a keeper!

Really good food! The service was good, and there was no wait when we arrived, although it did get pretty busy and I noticed there was a little bit of a wait by the time we left. I especially love the high back booths, and I appreciate that there’s a salad bar for those in the party that are hangry and don’t have the patience to wait around for food prep. They also serve the table chips and salsa, which we very much appreciated. The salsa had a tiny kick, and the chips were fresh. My husband and I chose food from the menu’s Mexican section, and we didn’t regret it. We are looking forward to returning and exploring the other menu items as everything so far has been delicious!
