Scam alert! Forget your deposit being returned. With this reputation from others who moved out, I just used my deposit toward my last months rent. Clean as new after cleaning for 4 hours - the manager charges $130 for cleaning. Then charges for new paint and new carpet. After 3 years it is not my responsibility to fund the maintenance budget. I refused to pay the additional charges. Mice running down the hall, and in apartments but the manager keeps it a secret. Resident psycho vandalized car with a pipe, no security, no insurance as manager claims no responsibility. They treat the older residents with scare tactics, hilarious! Move on!

My aunt recently moved into Traditions at Lafayette, and I have to say, I'm incredibly impressed! It's not just an apartment complex, it feels like a true community. The atmosphere is so comfortable and homey, and the amenities are incredible. They have a theater room where residents can gather for movie nights, a pet grooming room that's perfect for pampering furry friends (which my aunt loves!), and a well-equipped gym.
What really stood out was the incredible view. The way the property is situated, they have these stunning mountain views that just take your breath away.
And I can't forget to mention the staff. Torrie and Juanita were so professional and friendly throughout the whole process, answering all our questions and making my aunt feel welcome from the start.
Honestly, Traditions at Lafayette has set the bar high and earned their spot as my go to community to refer people to. They've truly created something special there.

I have lived here at Traditions since it opened. I have made many friends. What I love about Traditions is that the on site management is anxious to make it a great experience for all. There are fun events and social opportunities. The building itself is kept pristine. It has been a great place to live.

I'm a new resident of the Traditions senior community in Lafayette, CO. After spending numerous weeks looking for a new location, I found Traditions to be the perfect community for the younger and seasoned seniors alike. Torrie Sander and staff are very accommodating to all residents needing support. The amenities and monthly activities provide social activities right at home. The residents are knowledgeable, active and engaging. I find it very therapeutic being here.

The building is beautiful both inside and out. The staff was amazing, very polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. The location is perfect, a busy enough area without being too busy. The hospital is within walking distance, along with the fire department in case of an emergency. Everyone that I interacted with had a smile and a positive attitude.

We moved from Utah to Colorado in late February of 2024. I have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The building and grounds are kept clean and neat. We love living here and and hope to stay many more years.
