My father has lived at Town Village for 2.5 years. His monthly rent for a one BR, one bathroom with small den, kitchen, and nice walk in closet was $3,200 when he moved in. This includes utilities, meals, light housekeeping, & activities. His rent has increased 18.2% in 2.5 years under new ownership. The food service is spotty. Sometimes it’s good, other times not. They love their blue/white LED light bulbs/ not warm feeling. The gym is sad. Most of the people who work at Town village are very nice. A couple of them would not be missed by the tenants. My dad left his door open to his bedroom one night while at dinner, and a woman posing as a nurse stole his wallet. She then went on a spending spree around the South. This issue never was resolved to my satisfaction. Town Village rent will hopefully stay locked in for a few years. People can’t afford more for average services. My dad has been reasonably satisfied and the communication is decent with the property manger.

I have never been in this building and not seen residents not having the best time!
I work with a home health and hospice agency (Enhabit) and have the absolute pleasure of collaboratively working with staff and residents in this facility. From health talks and fun events, to making sure the residents are being taken care of, it's a beautiful collaboration.
The resident engagement is top tier and that's because the staff goes above and beyond to ensure this place feels like a home for everyone who lives there. Have I mentioned how beautiful this place is? because it is!
Couldn't recommend this place enough for your loved ones.

my parents were welcome from the beginning. they always comment on how everyone is so nice. several of the staff members have been there along time which is testament to what a good place town village is to work. we are very pleased that we moved my parents there.

My father lived at Town Village for 4 plus years and it was a wonderful, happy home for him. It is well-managed, with very responsive staff, and the residents are welcoming to newcomers. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and sunny, and the residents are active. It was an all around great place to live and find community.

Town Village is a place full of friendly smiling people — residents and staff alike. Making a transition from a home to independent living is a bit scary. My family and I were very unsure of our decision and the unknowns we might face. The Town Village staff and residents helped my mom and my family make the transition so much easier. The best part is all the people interactions and activities! I can’t imagine having my mom and mother-in-law anywhere else.
