If you are looking for people who truly care about your health both mental and physical. TLC has a well rounded, professional program. Working with them helped me to find ways to relive stress, become fit and understand the science behind what we eat. Soma, Chris and Lauren have developed a great program and the best bonus is spending time with such a fun, entertaining and kind group.

TLC has definitely offered and supported the “extra” coaching and easy lifestyle changes I needed in order to feel like I’m functionally optimally in mind, body and spirit! They are “real” practitioners who “walk the walk” and meet you where you are at with goals, specific needs and lifestyles.
I continue to be impressed with the amount of knowledge and recommendations for real life adjustments to help with feeling and being my best! The Total Life Concept team (Dr. Soma, Chris and Lauren) have combined their training, skills and experience to create a balance health, fitness and focus practice that helps each one of their TLC clients meet their health & wellness goals. I was able to attend the 12-week Empower - Rock It! program with the TLC team, supported by regular Zoom video calls and demos, plus their Practice Better client management and support system. With the help of the TLC team, I've been able to improve my fitness, develop my focus (meditation & clarity) and reset my eating habits. Rather that using fad diets, or expensive food plans or ill-conceived work out programs (all of which don't seem to work in the long term), the "TLC way" is scientifically sound, field tested and proven to work. Total Life Concept has changed my life. I started working with Chris and Soma 5 years ago to address a back and calf injury and to achieve a level of physical fitness that would allow me to pursue mountain biking/kayaking/snowboarding/triathlon. With their help, I was able to change my mindset and learn strategies for diet, training, recovery, and above all, correct mindset. Lauren has rounded out their team and all three live what they preach. Soma has since consulted with my Mom to help her address vertigo using a holistic approach. I have been able to achieve all of my goals with their ongoing support and I have seen significant improvement in my Mom's condition under Soma's guidance and coaching. I would highly recommend working with them if you are at all curious about a long term strategy for thriving in life rather than just surviving.

Chris is an excellent trainer! He helped me get back to 100% after a wrist injury. I was referred by a family friend who also had a wrist injury because he designed workouts and training plans helped her gain strength back and she was right Chris kills it! He designed a training plan that fixed my strength issues after my surgery and got me stronger than ever for the ski season. Thanks Chris!

All under one roof with an amazing support team that is truly invested in my health.
